Guilt is good! Our chefs love to prepare delicious desserts that continually win acclaim from our clients.
Yes, we know that too much of a good thing is naughty, but our desserts will make the meal complete!
- Individual crème brûleè. A very rich thick creamy pudding topped with a layer of caramelised sugar
- Old fashioned treacle tart
- Individual pots au chocolat - fabulously thick dark chocolate mousse
- Chocolate profiteroles, light balls of choux pastry, generously filled with whipped vanilla cream,covered with lashings of dark chocolate
- A tangy lemon and meringue roulade filled with lightly whipped double cream and strawberries
- Fresh fruit salad. A fabulous mixture of citrus , red and green fruits in fresh orange juice
- Terrine of fresh orange slices set in a Cointreau jelly and served with a mango coulis
- Crisp brandy snap baskets generously filled with freshly whipped double cream spiked with Grand Marnier and topped with fresh berries
- Traditional apple pie made with organic West Country apples, covered with a rich layer of all butter short-crust pastry, served with a vanilla pod custard
- Blackberry and apple crumble, made using local organic produce, served with a generous dollop of Cornish clotted cream
- Eton Mess. That wonderful mixture of crushed meringue, strawberries and whipped cream
- Banoffee pie. “a tart” made with short crust pastry base filled with rich fudge like centre, topped with sliced bananas and finished with whipped cream!
- Individual summer pudding garnished with even more summer berries

- Apple ,raisin and cinnamon strudel with creamy home-made custard
- Baileys bread and butter pudding.
